We will meet the first Tuesday of every month to relax and learn about the different methods of journeying and meditating with the use of the drum, using drum vibration for spiritual, emotional and physical healing, and maybe even an occasional evening of chant meditation.

Double Healing Circle

Celebrate Chinese New Year! For February's Double Healing Circle, we welcome Penny Spellberg. Fruits,Vegetables, Herbs, Oranges, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Bok Choy, Ginger, Rice, Cilantro... Nature gives us all the nutrients to stay healthy while giving us a bounty of ways to create a menu rich in colors, textures, shapes and sounds. Penny teaches the history of Chinese Cuisine, as well as techniques for making Vegetable Chinese Noodle Soup, Vegetable Egg Rolls and Vegetable Fried Rice.
