Class Overview:

The Mediumship Unfoldment Class will focus on teaching the student how to awaken their intuitive abilities and is suited for beginner to intermediate levels. This class will help the student develop their mediumship and psychic abilities through guided meditation and various exercises to strengthen their connection to Spirit as well as tap into their psychic awareness and intuition. There will be discussions on the history and philosophy of Spiritualism as well as working towards serving spiritualist churches. Students will be given the opportunity to serve our church in the Summer of 2023.

This is the last open class. It will be a closed group through May to those students who have been attending. 

Pre-registration is required (on our website) for all classes.

Course Objectives:

Learn to develop your mediumship skills and psychic abilities in this beginner/intermediate class. Classes will focus on developing your connection to Spirit as well as your psychic awareness. It will also include discussions on Spiritualism and serving spiritualist churches. Students will be given the opportunity to serve our church in the Summer of 2023.

Course will include:

· Exercises to strengthen your intuition and connection to spirit

· Learn to gather Evidence & Deliver the Message

· Spiritualist philosophy & History

· Platform etiquette

Class Schedule:

The class will run from October through May and is held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm in person at the church. The cost is $5 for members, and $10 for non-members.

About Your Teacher

Laurie has been serving Spirit for the past 15 years. She is currently the church President and Webmaster, having also held positions as Treasurer and Trustee. She has served as the medium at spiritualist churches throughout New England including The Wigwam.  

Laurie is currently participating in the ministry program through The Journey Within in NJ and will be ordained as a  Spiritualist Minister in 2024.

She is a Reiki Master and ThetaHealing Practitioner, and in her free time enjoys volunteering and traveling with her family.
